What makes our Arigato Matcha so special is precisely this encounter. We had the unique opportunity to work directly with this family from Uji. Their matcha is a true treasure. Usually, it's reserved for the Japanese market, which just goes to show how precious it is! It's a bit of our little secret that we're delighted to share with you.

Ancient methods
They use shaded cultivation techniques like "honzu", a super rare method that protects the tea plants from direct sunlight. This gives the matcha its incredible green color and a smooth, umami-rich flavor.

Respect for nature
No excessive synthetic inputs here. Nature does its work, and the tea quietly flourishes, developing incredibly rich aromas.

The Master's Helping Hand
Each spring, after the first harvest (the best one!), the tea master blends the leaves from his farm. He is a true artist, finding the perfect balance.
